@EctoSpirit This is only something the TOS team can address. You will need to file a ticket with them to contest the ban. Provide as much information as you can to prove you are the owner of account they will have checks on their end as well for other things.

@E9ine_AC I Said as much as I could but I guess I didn't fully tell them that it was my account should I make another contact so they know its my account?

@EctoSpirit No im sure they will assume your the owner and such. Just something i tend to tell people just to give everything they can to prove ownership and it possibly being compromised. They have HWID checks and can see if your pc was the main source of all logins then all sudden it has changed to another location.

Also go in and add 2 step verification generate apex codes and use a encrypted password (As a example) 9x8nh^gTT{gY9*L(

Never use same passwords across different emails / logins and such always have different settings for it.

@EctoSpirit Chances are they got into the actual email address. This is about the only way someone can gain access to the account and reset the password. Chance also you have been key logged. I would run malware bytes just to see if anything is found in the memory and such. Best to do in safe mode on boot up.
