@XHelperZ High ranked isn't the top competitive of this game. Anyone thats really good with guns can make it to a high rank. Pickrates in algs are what matters when it comes to comp. They've nerfed valk with the redeploy. Now it's time to hit seer.

    Though should we really balance according to how the top % of the players play?

    The majority of the playerbase doesn't even touch that and making it fun for those smaller % players doesn't directly mean that those in the lower ranks will find those changes enjoyable.

    @XHelperZ They can hit seer without making him terrible for casual players. The fact he is crazy OP and casuals still don't use him says it all. And yes, as a person that loves algs, they should make changes based on it.

    I see cats wall now blocked the diamonds. That's a decent step but it's behind as rampart has already replaced cat for a lot of teams. Rampart mains get ready. She might be the next nerf.

    @XHelperZ If most of the players don't pick Seer, then what's the issue behind nerfing him hard? Even if he's used by 1% of the playerbase he still should be nerfed, simply because his abilites are just wrong for the game.

    Fair points, I don't think it would be too bad to touch him up in that case.

    Though with the recent updated interaction with Seer/Cat, they might lay low with touching Seer as this could technically "count" 

    Well, hopefully we'll see some changes mid-season.
