@E9ine_AC depending on the severity when u are caught cheating not saying cuz he's a * player, saying that means u have no exact rules to follow and u do what ever u want with ppl account because discussing the ban and the investigations u claim is just * and i don't believe it, I just got an email that I attached below as picture and let me tell you that EA are trolling and it's by far the worst if u get banned for a raison like that on a competitive game. Hopefully ppl will be smart and wake up to that and stop playing ur games till u review ur terms on this matter and myb there is more.

@ShallashaskasThere are rules to be followed. Which when you clicked accept upon creating the account you agreed to follow these rules. Cheaters do ruin games but the rules are applied and if someone is reported and found to be cheating they will eventually get hit. They tend to do these things in waves verse day by day.

I don't know if I'm just confused and a bit lost here, but can someone please explain the following:

I get 2 weeks suspension for harassment, for something I wrote in chat about a player in THE ENEMY SQUAD.

This means that the person that I was having a go at, couldn't even read it. 
And the reason why I had a go at the player, is because Respawn still can't / won't handle smurfs.

So, I have two following questions:

1. How can you harass someone that cannot possibly read whatever is found offensive?

2. Every time someone gets wrongly suspended or banned, we get asked to contact support.

But I would really like to know how to make sense of the support, and how they will help me with a 2-week suspension when support informs me that they will get back to me in about one month.

Less comic series, legend backgrounds and badges with political agendas, and more work on the fundamentals of the game, please.
