Hello everyone i hope you will have time to read this so here is the situation i am playing the game since season 2 apex legends through all crashes game bugs ect most of us people are playing the game problem ocured 2 nights ago i ended up playing ranked games solo as usuall curently plat ex diamond 2 and in my team came 2 premade guys who i though they are user friendly ect.

What happens next is that we went to fight enemy squad in 1 house and i enterd first as wraith and this 2 guys blocked my way out doors with traps and rampart with bariers and i couldnot get out by anychance enemy squad killed me and they start laugh to voice chat saying hahahah haha what a noob this is so fun and ofc that iritates me and i said gj * you did great thing.

What happend next is that i got PermaBanned for saying * to people who actually blocked my wayout and laugh and provoked me that much i mean its ranked game that kind of things shouldnot happen to provoke people like that i may did a mistake by calling them "*" BUT IN DEFECT I DID THAT i wrote an email to support they said that ban is placed corectfull permaban and i was like i will never play this game respawn and ea will never deserve my kind of respect because this things are allowed any 1 can say bad things to you at voice and troll you but if you write 1 single word that is violate the rules you get ban curently lvl 400+ on my account searching the way and right thing to see what can happen in this situation any 1 have to share their story let me know best regards

I already sended the email with this kind of problem but i am worried they dont even read what i wrote i explained my situation

@smwpsychward When somebody trigger you, you need to control your emotion, mute them then report them,

instead arguing with microphone and said something stupid/cross the line then you're the one get ban.

I expect this is account ban, not hardware ban, so you can learn from this, create new account, and move on.

I think you didnot understand the situation what am i writing okay like i said i wrote gj rtrds for ruining the game and situation is much explained on forum posts set your self in my position and think twice what should you do

I really appriciate what are you saying and you are deffo right and 100 % right but like i said this kind of things cant happen in ranked games losing account because 2 premades block you with traps and let you  die and laugh to you like we did great thing by doing this to this guy i mean wow respawn and ea should have option to relisten the voice from past games you cant imagine that laugh that provocations and other things i even  put what i told them in comments my ban message and stuff i have no other option than to fight back as a long year expirienced player of this game waiting to do the call and other things then will see what next if i dont get unban i am pretty sure i will quit the game anyway because this is totally not right @asukojo you are preety calm and tnx for replying man

instead of leaving these trolls and report them you called them **** and they reported you instead.

I bet if they get reported often enough they get temp banned at first and then permabanned if they don't change thier behavior. 

But you made the decision to be the rude guy. And as it looks like it was not just the first time that happened. 

I can feel.your anger about that situation but as far as I can see here it's at least 50% your own fault. 

Maybe its my fault 50 % but this kind of RE*** word is to much to lead you to permaban acc since you are playing since season 2 and other things i mean that guys are trollers and ea and respawn are just 1 big non careless company on their own because from all games i ever played this system of judging is the worst possible ever and they will always be the worst for me if i dont find the solution to get unban or something will never play the game again imagine playing for all of these season s2 s10 and being banned for 1 simple word is kinda funny you might be right could be 50 % my fault but its hillarious what people can do to you i even did phonecall to them and still nothing they are just bad and i am done with it if i dont get my account back simply post to reddit and show the people what kind of support system they have i guess i am not the only person who is having problem like this but apex is dying because of this kind of stuffs i readed people got false banned for no reasons few months ago i mean BS

You just need to be "smarter" and "wiser" and simply move on.

I play rank, one team mate doesn't do anything, simply RAT the whole game, and left us die, not even attempt to rescue. 

Instead of start ranting to him: "Why you're hiding there, are you a chicken ?? so corward, why you play rank if just hiding all the time ?? You're a piece of *!  "

I just silent, reported him on PS4 then exit, move on to next game. 

Easy peasy , lemon squeezy.

Report system works in PS4 now, just press right stick down then select the reason, easy peasy.

What should i call this what happend to me i have no words but okay people can do what ever they want visualy but when you say smth its your fault that why this game is dying anyway but np

i can just say ToS service a huge robotic Bull S because explaining situation and getting reply by same copy paste message is pretty frustrating il rather never play this game then face more and more things like this season 1 season 10 was nice to play but this is goodbye to apex for sure and its not only me thousands of players are facing same issue but comunity is big S i mean supports and TOS system is bad they are not RIOT 

I cant move on from something i waste over 1200 hours simply cant

Nope, there is shared password lists and lists you can purchase from services cracked, these are washed against email and hence they try those. Most people use the same pwd on several services, a select few use pwd managers. And 2FA makes it easy for all of these to have a secure account even if your password leaks when another service get hacked. People dont brute force your password anylonger.

And using a cuda cluster machine for a price of aprox $4-8K you can bruteforce most 8 char password  in only 6 hours (or perhaps even less), passwords in general arena a mechanism considered safe today, and you need 2FA to make basic security these days. The old assessment of 1 year is military assessment for very old hardware, its not true in these days with an abundance of cuda cores and the possibility to split calculations of multiple gpus, you can make short process of most traditional security measures.

I 100% agree the should just ban all abilities to communicate if it's speech bans not got ban someone's account permanently and prevent us from using any EA game ever again let alone we for sure won't be giving EA another penny ever again...
