What I was think of was more along the lines of "highest rank achieved," "kdr," "win/loss," "avg kills/match," etc. Those are the kinds of numbers the algorithm is looking at. A lot of us think of ourselves as average, but then there's that pesky 1.3 kd which says that, no, you're not really average at all. It may well be something along those lines.

    My KDR is .46 and my average damage is 245.  But like I said it is a little low because sometimes I forget I started a game and die with nothing.  Real KDR is probably more like .6 and average damage is probably more like 400.  I did hit Plat 4 once but usually I am lucky if I hit Gold 4.

    @BPoff71 From my experience no fill queueing getting a few pubs top 5s in a row without doing anything will instantly raise the level of opponents. I do have a better kd than you but it's something I've noticed.
