I cannot appeal my APEX account through any channel.

Please help me. Here's the situation: On October 25, 2025, I contacted EA's live support to inquire whether my Apex account was still banned, as I checked my EAHELP ban history and found no record of my account being banned. However, the EA support representative informed me that my account was still banned and provided me with a link to create a new case. But for several days, my case has remained in a "fixed" status, and friends in the forums suggested I open a new case. However, I found that the channel I originally used to contact EA live support no longer has EA technical support available. Moreover, when I tried to submit a new appeal, I was unable to create a new case. I can accept my account being banned despite not cheating, but I cannot accept not having any channel to appeal. Should i give up my vluable APEX accou? Please help me. Thank you.

  • By the way,Before the EAHELP update, the reason for the ban stated in the email I received appeared to be: "Player misuse of the in-game support button or submission of false reports to EA staff."However, the reason for the ban after the update is: "Gameplay enhancement." What I want to say is that I did not use any cheats, but I admit that I may have repeatedly reported a particular player because that player exhibited too many actions that defied normal human logic. I am very sorry for this, but I don’t think a permanent ban should be imposed for this reason. I recognize my mistake. Isn’t it a common sentiment among players to despise cheaters? This permanent ban has deeply saddened me and often brought me to tears. My account has over 2,000 hours of playtime, and I have purchased in-game currency to buy Kairi Imahara’s Heirloom. For almost half a year, I have been unable to play the game, and my mind is occupied every day with thoughts of appealing my account. But now, almost all my channels for appeal have disappeared. I don’t even have a way to voice the slightest concern about my Apex account. Do I, as a loyal EA fan, deserve to be treated like this? I truly hope for a fair response. I feel it’s extremely unfair to face such a rigid and inconsistently applied reason for the ban. I hope the case can be escalated and my account data thoroughly reviewed again by the TOS team, and I am willing to cooperate by providing all necessary evidence. Thank you once again to all the technical staff.

  • Right now, the friends I used to play ranked matches with are all still playing Apex, while I'm stuck here banned. I'm going crazy. I'd rather you just reset my Apex account—I don't even care about the time and money I've put into it anymore. I just want to play with my friends.
I can't bear to lose my EA account, though. I've bought almost every Battlefield game in the series on it. I don't want to have to create two separate accounts and switch back and forth just to play different games. I'm truly heartbroken.

  • they won't and can't help you. EA TOS team might not even exist ngl i feel like its just one person rejecting everyone as for your lack of ban history its the same for me even on my alt that is banned which i never appealed. EA is bugged and their advisors offer zero help i got banned for probably nothing as well. just never play another EA game

illusiontrot According to your screenshot, the "fix" was for regaining control of your EA Account after it was hacked, rather than lifting the ban that was placed on the EA Account.

In the same screenshot, it also shows that you had appealed your ban and it was closed, so you would need to contact the EA TOS Team again regarding the ban as it cannot be handled on the forums.

Note: EA only allows players to appeal their EA Account ban up to 3 times. If a player isn't unbanned after their 3rd appeal, that does sadly mean that their ban will be upheld.

So, does this case marked as "Fixed" count as an appeal? Because I haven’t received any email from EA regarding the response to this case, unlike the one marked as "Closed," for which I received an email from EA stating that my appeal was denied. Does this mean I only have one appeal opportunity left? Moreover, any appeals I initiate now are not assigned a case number.

They never question whether their anti-cheat system and operational logic might be flawed. Seriously, what sane person would cheat just for a momentary thrill using an account they've invested time and money into? Even if someone were insane enough to want to cheat, wouldn't they only do it with a brand-new account?

illusiontrot No, it shouldn't as it was an account recovery case, which is different than a ban appeal.

    Hmm... that's weird.

You would think players would use a brand new account and everything, but some players probably think they would get away with it.
