Why is there no number to contact why does it taoe a day to get banned hacked and emailed but resolving the issue takes days do E.A not care about customers who sink tons of money to there accounts.
While i was banned i bought the mirage heirloom if i dont get my account back will those items be refunded that right there was alot of money for something i never got to even enjoy
I keep just seeing horror story after horror story of people getting hacked and not getting there account back. I feel like this will happen to me since so far customer service has been horrible i can contact and get answers from every E.A rep but the ones i trully need to disscuss with!!! This is a problem when i cant even contact someone via phone and figure out what the hell is going on.. all i keep hearing is be patient but really if it was your account all your money and this was you you would not be patient you would want answers and results
