Re: Hacked and Banned Overnight

Why is there no number to contact why does it taoe a day to get banned hacked and emailed but resolving the issue takes days do E.A not care about customers who sink tons of money to there accounts.

While i was banned i bought the mirage heirloom if i dont get my account back will those items be refunded that right there was alot of money for something i never got to even enjoy

I keep just seeing horror story after horror story of people getting hacked and not getting there account back. I feel like this will happen to me since so far customer service has been horrible i can contact and get answers from every E.A rep but the ones i trully need to disscuss with!!! This is a problem when i cant even contact someone via phone and figure out what the hell is going on.. all i keep hearing is be patient but really if it was your account all your money and this was you you would not be patient you would want answers and results

Terms of Service is not available by phone. There are many disputes they need to investigate and this takes time as they are very thorough. 

If they are like you say how come i read so meny stories of players not getting there accounts back or getting nothing resolved. When you speak words like they sre through that doesnt make sense cuz for that to be the case shouldnt they talk to the account owner and get alld details of events its very one sided not meaning to be rude but ive suppoorted and played this game and now im finding i should of switch to valroant and now i can see why everyone is leaving apex. There needs to be a phone contsct to dispute stuff like this im a paying customer and im being screwed with everyday that passess

The stories you're not seeing are of the ones that have had their bans lifted. It does happen, but you usually don't see someone advertising that. I'm very sorry for the frustration. We'll have to wait for ToS to finish investigating your account before knowing what the results are.
