@AnM-Kiddos The odds remain the same, the only thing that changes are the contents within said pack. Instead of a random heirloom, you get 150 shards redeemable for the heirloom of your choice.

Your probabilities our 1/500, i'd say that is kinda "special".

If you haven't bought any packs, but maxed out every battle pass, i believe your somewhere close to 40% chances of getting an heirloom.

I just got to 500 last night and still didn't get one I been playing from day one so I know for a fact that you don't get one at 500

@Twitch_Hisagi182 I'd open your own thread to see if you get a response. Tag @EA_David in it. One of the mods can usually look up your history.

Spending hundreds on the game doesnt mean much tho. If level 500 and owning multiple battlepasses you still need to have opened roughly 250 to 300 packs. I have yet to see someone who said they were sure they opened 500 but soon realized they were short. Most people forget they spent money on skins themselves. And every $18 skin is 18 less packs.
