Up close when they shoot you dodge and then shoot will help you force them to adjust rather than you just aim in and shoot when they already have you in sight. movement is your best friends when in fights. I've won fights letting some people shoot their whole clip before I shoot back.
- To answer your title, sneak up behind them with a frying pan and whack 'em like whack a mole! It works, trust me.
