IMO, seer and vantage, BH etc... their scanning abilities counter game play, game sense and just about every other tactical consideration and maneuverability strategy you can mustard up.
And yes, Mad Maggie is exactly what Respawn said they would not add.
I swear the more you sit back and let Respawn talk while you analyze.... the more and more .....well, you know.
