I'm sorry, we can't look into this for you from the forums but our support team can take a look at the account and see what might be happening there. You can reach the EA Help support team using one of these channels:

  • EA Help website - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary 
  • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance 
  • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

    Hi @EA_Lanna
    I understand this, but I sent 40+arguments to your team. All I received were automatic replies. They didn't look at my questions at all. I found the chat customer service, and they told me that my last argument was two months ago, which means that the team did not check my appeals
