@Babyfacegingeryou can have the same account on two consoles but you cannot play on them at the same time.
it's not recommended to unlink your xbox account from EA account as you might lose your progress.
so just use the same account on both devices and live with the only downside to that which is better than risking losing everything you got.
note: I know it's possible to do so because I used to do it on PlayStation so I am very sure that it's the same for xbox
