Your video drivers are possibly corrupt, reinstalling or updating your video drivers is advised.

  • @EA_Barry hello, thanks for the reply. it seems my video drivers are all working properly. during the match when im facing the packet loss. my teammates also respond that they also received the packet loss and then disconnected from the game, returning to lobby as we cannot enter the match again hence, no RR gain and loss.
