@Sati_Satiif i knew that things will go this way i would keep my money and buy 500 at once to record opening so i could have some proof too... but who knew( hope other players will keep mine and that guys story in mind

@Sati_Sati I doubt it's a lie. They've received enough fire over their "surprise mechanics" already.
It's more likely a bug.

@MandatoryIDtagI saved the video where i got the BH heirloom. It was on 11th of february. I checked the history of orders and since that time i bought 53 750 coins - 2800 for battlepass + 1000 back in rewards from battlepass = 51 950 (all were spent on packs). It means that i got BH heirloom not within first 500 packs. And now i have already opened 519 packs + 15 were leaft right after i got 1st heirloom = 534 (i dont count packs as rewards from battlepass and quest packs) and still dont have 2nd heirloom. This is just rediculous.
@l_NEED_A_HOP-UP That sucks man. Like I said initially though EA support will be your best chance of solving this issue.
Unfortunately all we can really do at this end is offer guidance, and I feel we've covered all the based we can at this end.
I really do hope you get your shards though, it feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth to not receive something you've been guaranteed.
