I set all my setting to the lowest and the fans are still loud.

Temp from CPU and GPU while u are play Apex ?
Perhaps u should invest in a better cooling System.
I have a 1060 6gb a i7 8700 and 8gb of ram and I have a corshair ml120 pro and a noctua fan. I dont know the temps and I cant upgrade because I have a alienware prebuilt but im gonna try to build my own soon.
Its my cpu fan thats loud the cpu goes at 80c or up playing this game. The cpu is air cooled and thats why its really loud.
