- @E9ine_AC Sure, going in in like 10 minutes or so. The update seems 2-3 days old though, had no major crashes so far.
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@DoYaSeeMe Again hundreds if not thousands all over all social media platforms share same experiences as i do. I am not the only one. These forums are perfect example. I put in 12 ish hours a day on apex. I see it very very often when i use to never ever see it at all.
There is nothing you can defend for them. Just because it does not happen to you does not in any way mean it dont to a lot of us who have actually made posts about this very thing. This is not isolated concerns this is by the mass even pro streamers complaining about this very thing im going through. - E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@DoYaSeeMe I'll honestly say this this is not me trying inflate my crashes. 15 thousand games played ive maybe had a total of 20 to 30 code net errors. Past 3 days alone have past 15k games of me not hardly ever crashing. This most certainly messed up a lot things that is causing some of us who have never crashed to now be crashing.
This is why im so upset. I normally never crash but ever since they pushed this "Fix to stability and the ring" its nearly at times unplayable. - @E9ine_AC The streamers I've watched end of this week all had major crashing issues. For me, on PS it hasnt been an issue other than day 1.

@hayhorYea you seen how many times i was removed from our party yesterday. This is also a bug we get where it completely removes us from party and the lobby and places us on original server select screen. Then a lot times kill someone or about kill someone and boom client completely freezes or even rarer times entire lobby actually crashes and sends us back to the server select screen.
None of this started until the patch for the "fixes" was released
- @E9ine_AC Yes, I did notice other people complaining about crashing, also had incomplete squads more frequent today. There's also more instability, had a game logic error in the lobby tonight, but that's the biggest thing so far. No freeze. no hard crash, had some awful lag but that's about it.
Hard crashing may be a problem for drivers. The latest Nvidia Geforce driver rolled out on January 7. If you already have it, try rolling back to a previous version, if you don't have the latest, update it and see if the issues still occur. Of course, that's if you have an Nvidia card. I'm also assuming that most PC streamers have high end gaming PCs running the latest generation of Nvidia cards. - E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@DoYaSeeMe This error is most certainly not on my end. Its not my drivers. This is the game issues. If it was my drivers then id be the only one and not have loads of people with same problem. Loads of people on stream crashing for same reasons. This would mean a lot of people thousands would have the wrong drivers also. When we are set up no different then we was 4 days ago. This is not on our end whats so ever. Ive not updated anything windows-drivers nothing i have my stuff set where i manually have to do it myself. I would easily be able to see it on my end if it was a issue with me. Its happening to all my friends to me Hayhor was even partied with me and it happened this is not in our heads.
- @E9ine_AC The issue is you ignored my invite, clearly!
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@hayhor Ohh i was with 2 others i almost left them to join you. lol
- @E9ine_AC nah don't worry about that. 🤣
- @E9ine_AC Just tried on another PC with different config, on another ISP, on my alternate account, at a different time of day than I usually play and it felt pretty stable, no errors of any kind, no freezes, even less lag than usual. Seems like I am very fortunate 🙂
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@DoYaSeeMe Must be while a lot of us are not. I feel as if you keep implying that these errors are on thousands of users end?
@E9ine_AC What error are you experiencing? I haven't crashed once. My connection to their server on the other hand is making me want to quit this game again.
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+
@Daze623Same error that many many have posted about and streams showing. We are in game everything is fine. Go to kill someone (random times never back to back) you shoot them boom client completely freezes. At times completely crashes the lobby. Yall know me i hardly ever complain about the game i defend them more then i can think to fathom.
But this is beyond being able to ignore. Another bug is when we finish match it completely removes us from party back to server select. Had i been only one with same exact issues i would not be saying anything. But when it happens to me hundreds of streamers 50+ posts on these very forums and thousands on reddit and other social media sites its not a me thing.
These use to never effect me im one the lucky ones who would never crash at all. Ever since they pushed their fix its been hell for me. Which is why i posted. In case some missed it even a lot pro streamers have same exact experience as i do. - E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+
For anyone who wants to "Question" my post i suggest doing research at the loads of streamers experiencing it on stream and or google searching will yield loads of results verse questioning someone who is just doing what many many others have done. Made a post about the horrible crash rate inside game. Its easy for someone to say well im not crashing so its got be on your end. Nope yall are the lucky ones. Meanwhile myself and a lot more people are experiencing these crashes.
Ive repaired the game did not fix. Ive not updated drivers whats so ever so nothing on my end at all has changed other then patching the games "Fix"
@E9ine_AC is right. I play on PS4 so i'm not experiencing this issue that much (although sometimes it happened). But when i'm watching some streamers they all have their game crashing and freezing, ruining the experience. It's pretty common on PC unfortunately.
- @E9ine_AC on PS4 me and my friends did not get a single crash but we had about 4 or 5 instances that the server kicked us out and we had to reload. I don't get why the developers are not prioritizing these first.
- @E9ine_AC Not really. A firmware or driver update causing issues is not something new, has happened before with many games and other apps. That's not game devs' nor clients' fault. Things are rarely black or white and picking a side is never a solution.
Anyway, at this moment it 's really unclear what the scale of the issue is, on whose side it is, what is causing it, how it can be reproduced, etc.. Too many unknowns to call for a revert, as there are chances for the crashes to still happen after that. Personally, I'd try everything I can do on my side to increase the stability, in hope to reduce the frequency of crashes until the proper fix / revert gets rolled out. Stuff like lowering settings, updating to the latest drivers or rolling back most recent updates, avoid certain places or combinations in game if those appear to trigger the problem most frequently, etc.. - @Cheese9Man What's interesting is that Staycation had freezes as well, and he's on PS5. It seems to be the newer, high end devices getting the crashes.
Also, you're wrong about devs not prioritizing the crashes. These are always the first in line, but that doesn't mean the problems are even easy to find, let alone fix. When something crashes with an error code, it helps a lot, because usually that error code rules out many other potential causes. Freezes are a pain, there's no clue where the problem occurs, and that might not even be in the game's source code. - E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@DoYaSeeMe Problem is i dont have newer higher end. It is not a firmware it literally is the game. Not quite sure how you a computer person can be so blind to it. lmao It didnt happen to us until last patch literally. So how can it be firmware or anything else if it only happened after a patch... That no other game freezes our stuff at all only apex.
@E9ine_ACAs I said before, there was an Nvidia driver update rolled out a few days ago. There are a lot of players that use Geforce cards, specifically 20 and 30 series, so it's not a stretch to have thousands of people affected if the latest drivers are buggy.
Usually operating systems force apps that freeze to close and throw some errors. Drivers have a deeper level access, so if they have issues, they can crash or freeze the system (by corrupting the registry, overheating, etc.). That's where we, the "computer people" look at first when we see freezes.
Sorry if I seem blind to you. I kind of am blind, since I don't get any crashes on my side.- @DoYaSeeMe You appear blind to most issues that everyone else has. 🤣
- @DoYaSeeMe Haven't updated my Nvidia drivers, Windows from last one month and still getting freezes after the update. So it's not driver problem on my end.
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@apostolateofDOOM I am saying... I told him already no updates whats so ever has been pushed on my machine. I manually have to update my machine hardware myself. Yet he keeps talking about update this update that. Yet he keeps ignoring the fact that even those on this post back my claims up as well as many other posts and such. I am not sure whats going on with him. lol
- @apostolateofDOOM It's as they say, "devs don't have a clue" :P
Or maybe I know how to stay out of trouble. My PC hasn't crashed in years, I even get the feeling that Cyberpunk 2077 will run without a glitch on it (may never know if it indeed does, the shooting experience in that game looks horrendous). Also, the decades of "pc person" and development experience really change the perspective, I've learned to never take things for granted, to lower or have no expectations and do my own research before judging.
