@A14NEL Storm Point is really only getting the super casual players. I switch over to ranked and/or Arenas when storm point comes on. When it's KC or Olympus I'll play PUB's. I know lots of other high rank/skill people who do similar. When I come into PUB's after Diamond matches, I kind of destroy the PUB's lobbies. It's similar for a lot of friends. Ranked matches really make you focus your skill set and play at your best. You then go into PUB's not really worried about losing RP and kind of go guns blazing.
But in terms of the map, perhaps KC is not the best map for Valk?! I do know that there are fewer areas of the map on KC that are high point exclusive for Valk. Olympus and Storm Point kind of offer more places she can escape too.
How long have you played? The other big part is KC is an old map. There are a ton of players on there who know a lot of secrets/tricks to playing KC. Newer players are going to be at a disadvantage to people who have played since season 1.
