@bxllrxshnz Just on the slight possibility this is the case, you didn't recently start using an Elite/Scuff controller that has paddles, did you? I remember when I first started using mine, it took a short time to adjust, and I had to get used to the paddles being on the back. I found myself crouching or reloading randomly when I did not intend to. Extremely small chance this is what you're experiencing, but was just curious if it might be something that simple
