Re: Why does it take so long to fix the games issues?

That can't be the answer for everything though... The same complaints are everywhere, so they've been aware since the beginning. I understand you can't do everything at once, but at least communicate and address them at a reasonable rate.

  • I would like more frequent patches on issues that already have a fix instead of having to wait for a megaupdate already consisting of fixes that were ready to release much sooner but they keep them to release an impressive list of how much they worked, just for "marketing" purposes. If we have game breaking bugs, i would like to see a patch as soon as they are able to fix it instead of waiting for a bigger update without good reason.

    Yep, pretty much this.

    I don't think people realize how difficult programming and game design are. I challenge you guys to go out and try writing some simple programs. I'm a computer science major and programmer and let me tell you from first hand experience programming software that does meaningful tasks is anything but simple.

    Give them time.

    Respawn said themselves that they focus on making larger patches and rolling them out more sparingly. I feel like everyone has just forgotten that.
