Yes, but not in the start of the game. They can leave while flying or after landing without penalty.

Nah OP talks about dashboarding.

Anyone can leave any match at any time they please, no abandon penalty and worse  no loss of RP either. On console anyone can press start and then press "return to main menu" to insta leave games and not lose rating.

I personally made threads asking for this to be removed in the first week of S3. It's still here months later, and this season more than twice as many predator players than last season. Most of them dashboarders.

But they did have plenty of time for 3 events to sell skins tho.... that's where this company's mind is at.
