Why isn't there any penalty for leave in first minutes?
I've seen alot of people leaving while we are flying or killing them self right away when we land or leave. There isn't any penalty for that. At least in Ranked games, should have!

We landed Lava and you know respawn beacon is very close so i grabbed his banner quick and the moment i pushed the button to respawn my teammate, kid left the match!! Omg why just whyyy xD

Yes, but not in the start of the game. They can leave while flying or after landing without penalty.
