But I didn't need to be jumped by 2 1/2 Devs.

xlegend isnt that easy to balance
Theyve "been using that suggestion"
And low rate/ high wins isn't easy to balance .

You put a dab of water in the skillet to see if the oil is hot.

Also Wattson fences aren't working. Seriously, like dead serious her slow and blur doesn't work

    @XLnarrator We are not devs we are volunteers who help answer questions or explain things.

    Way they most likely think of it is people play to win. They will play the meta that wins. So when a legend such as wraith as example was number 1 picked number 1 win rate changes was made to her every season till she finally started to go down. When Horizon launched her win and pick rate as far as I can remember that is dropped her to top 5 and allowed more legends to be played verse the one who leads the race.

    When that's done, I'm never hopping on with complaints again.

    You asked a question regarding winrates, it got answered.

    You complained about wattsons fence time, that's fine you've got your opinion, which I disagree with...also fine. You're on a forum, that's how things work.

    @MandatoryIDtagU saying that means u heard me , well I'm finished complaining. After 50 time I mentioned her I'm not bringing her up anymore. "When shes bottom pickrate" are my final words.

    hayhor I mean yeah, that's a better way to do things😏

    Edit: Did u just say that u didnt agree with the cooldown timer🤨. This volunteer is kidding?. Who else doesn't agree with me?
