Reached level 500 no heirloom shards
Reached level 500 no heirloom shards, and EA suppoor won't even let me open a case it just loops me into the "choose a game for support" page

@onepumpman52 Sadly you are only guaranteed 199 apex packs by the time you reach lvl 500. Buying the battle pass will increase that to about 299 I believe. However, you would have to be very unlucky to have to use the failsafe of guaranteed heirloom at 500 packs.
