Recent purchase of apex coins has left me robbed

I recently purchased Apex coins but never received them into my account. This has never happened to me before and EA support is virtually non-existent. I've set up numerous cases now with no form of a reply or confirmation in sight with plenty of evidence to back up my case. I have tried numerous times to "start a live chat with an advisor" but every time I click "send" it boots me off the page and back to the main support page. I'm wondering if anyone else has had any similar problems with ea support in the UK?

My only reason for purchasing the apex coins is a skin has finally come out for lifeline in the store which I haven't seen and wanted for years! If I don't even get a response before that skin is gone, this purchase will have been for nothing and I will feel even more robbed of my money.

    Finally a different outcome! I think this is due to the browser cache being deleted. Ironically, this is the first email I have received from ea support on this email so this is a start but why won't they email me when I'm signed into my account? I have made sure my email is up too date and it's the only one that is displayed on the customer portal site. I hope this issue will finally get resolved but less then 24 hours until the item I wanted is gone leaves no hope I'm afraid.

    Thank you for the videos. I removed them as it showed personal information pertaining to your EA account. Going to send you a direct message to follow up on this.
  • FYI I've now received my first emails from my main account asking if I still need help with my original cases. I open up my cases too find 2 are now "fixed".

    I booted my Apex Legends up too see if I have received my coins but sadly still nothing!

    I can't resume my cases, it is just taking me in circles again so I assume this issue is never going to get resolved
