Can i refund my heirloom?, i got my heirloom when i was lvl 20 and i bought octanes heirloom without knowning anything about the game. Can i get wraiths heirloom and refund the octane?

I don't think that's how it works anymore. I think at the start, when there were one or two heirlooms, that you were guaranteed an heirloom every 500 packs, but now I think that you are not guaranteed one every 500 packs, but the odds are 1 in 500 on any given pack so you have a pretty good chance to get one after 500.
All my friends stoped playing because they all got lifelines heirloom. PLEAS JUST ADD A REFUND SYSTEM im tired of pathfinders bulky heirloom in my face
