EA does read these forums. I've gotten XP from a few of them and there's a thread on page one of general discussion where an EA employee responded to someone.
Pretty much everyone that replied to you gave you really good alternative methods of recording and replaying your games. Now it's just up to you to decide if you'd like to follow their advice or not.
While I personally don't want the bloat of a replay program attached to the game, I would love to see a kill cam.
To clarify though, there is absolutely nothing wrong with advocating for a change you'd like to see unlike what some of the people who responded might would have you think.
