This is kinda weird, but Revenant's silence disables passives or not? Because for example it makes Lifeline not being able to revive with her drone, but it still let's Valkyrie user her Jetpacks as if nothing happened...
It should just affect all legend passives or not affect any passive at all, not a "selective silence" for some passives.
Pretty sure I've seen valk fly off like nothing happened after I silenced her also.
Anybody able to test this with a friend in firing range or something today to confirm? I won't be able to until much later.

Revenant's Silence does affect some Passives but not all, here's a list of the ones it does affect:
If a Lifeline is silenced, she cannot auto-revive; trying to revive as a silenced Lifeline will make you revive normally.
When silenced, Mirage cannot invisible revive: he will revive normally. Also, he will not cloak himself upon being downed.
Also a quick tip from a Revenant/Wraith main:
- Silence Gibraltars and Octanes, they become much easier to 1v1 because the tactical will neuter their entire kit. No gun shields, domes, passive healing, stims or jump pads to make your life easier.
But how would that work for Caustic, Crypto and Fuse?
