S10 Collection Event, Town Takeover, Arenas event, Twitch Prime Skins and etc.

Here are early datamined stuff from GarretLeaks, Shrugtal and Kralrindo from the newest patch that we downloaded.
Collection Event
It seems that we're getting a halloween themed CE. The files contain BH bat skin, and a werewolf Revenant skin (again). Hoping for a Loba little red riding hood skin.
Town Takeover
The featured legend for this season's town takeover will be Rampart. From the looks of it, Respawn is really pushing Rampart this season with the upcoming "spicy" buff, her heirloom and the new weapon is an LMG. What the dataminers are not sure of if this town takeover will be a separate arenas map or will be placed on Lava City. I'm leaning on a TT in Lava City.
Rampart event teasers will start on September 5th-10th. Event will probably start on the 14th of September. It looks like it's gonna be a ship. If that happens that's just lazy. We have enough ship POIs in Olympus and the Mirage Voyage.
Rampart will appear during the teaser dates in the countdown screen just like Bloodhound and Caustic. There will also be Rampart blueprints appearing in different maps.
Arena Flash Event?
There is an unused rare Caustic skin with the same bug/insect theme. Probably for the event tracker.
Twitch Prime Skins
I really like this Mirage skin with the "OG" tattoo on his face. There's also a Seer skin.
New Badge
Suicide awareness month is on September. It has a nice caption on it.
Community Loading Screens
Another set of awesome community-made art. Will probably be given as twitch drops again.
Recolors
We now have the recolors of Seer's legendary skins and recolors of the Rampage LMG.
Bangalore Edition
They added the official banner.
Store Events
There will be two store "events" happening before the Rampart event. One is the recolor event called "Legend Recolor Store" where you can finally use some of that million legend tokens and returning collection event skin in the normal store.
