Season 22 positive feedback per 7th October 2024

Hey,

Something positive has been happening lately in Apex. Most of the years I have suffered constant "sluggish" gameplay and my hero runs in the game like he/she has magnets (ok, rubberbands) in the shoes preventing nice slides and fast movement but during the last few days sometimes I have enjoyed the game both with PC and PS5 so much that the game feels like a brand new game and I never thought that movement can be that swift. However not all of the games are like that but definately its getting much better.

Keep doing what you are doing, I can feel the difference. This must have been something to do with constant rubberbanding. Its nice to know what it means not being rubberbanded constantly.

    legend buffs feel great. Vantage and crypto are both amazing imo.

    threat vision is phenomenal addition, my old eyes can’t see anything bc console won’t let me change brightness.

    Map is pretty neat.

    All ARs feel like they took a huge nerf I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m on console, and it seems like I’m getting no regs or I’m taking the entire mag+backup gun to kill blue armor. Im not a pro but I have a career 3.7 kd and never had this issue in season 21. I could 1 mag with ARs very consistently in season 21. This season feels like I’m lucky to even get a 1 mag with purple mag. The “buffed” 301 seems worse than it was last season. Flatline doesn’t feel the same. https://vidmate.onl/

    Objects not blocking damage: doors, loot bins. I got double headshot by a wingman when I was 100% behind a loot bin cover I couldn’t even see him on the other side shooting.

    The ammo economy nerf/buff was unnecessary. In the 5 years of this game I’ve never ran out of ammo so much.

    Not sure whether I've been left behind by these improvements, or maybe just never experienced the rubber banding to begin with. But glad to hear it's going well for someone!

    100% on target here. Worse every season, and this season worse than ever. Respawn would counter by saying that it doesn't matter because of the late game bin restocks. That is the most idiotic mechanic they've yet introduced into the game. They've finally got things to the point where you almost have no choice but to skirmish your way to a level three shield, but hey, if you make it to the fourth ring then here's your two favorite fully kitted weapons and a gold backpack and knockdown shield. Completely devaluing the entire looting process. Which maybe is what they think THE KIDS want. It sure as heck isn't what I want, but hey, when have my opinions ever been popular?
