Cheaters in game

So hopped in tonight, excited by my original main Bloodhound's rework (a little sad to have lost the black/white/red ult, but this is pretty cool)

Anyway, I hop into a game of wildcard (win the first game, yay!) but... what the heellll...

My teammate a level 16 wraith is bombing the whole lobby lazering r99 shots from 50 feet.

Every enemy i face is downing me with 5 headshots minimum... EVERY enemy. literally not a single enemy is not getting multiple headshots. Sniper headshot, whatever. 100 yard r99 beams, etc.

What the fuse is happening here?
