That Wraith skin is ugly as sin, as far as I'm concerned. Nice to see them waste a space for it. I'll take what I can get for Rampart, though, but after the pretty great Lifeline and Bangalore skins in S8 this feels like several steps back. I still kind of have to get the BP for the Caustic dive emote, although I'd prefer something less comedic.
- @TheRealJayDee1 Agreed on Wraith. I have at least 5 Legendary skins for her I'd use before this one. When I saw that skin in the trailer last week I figured it was an event skin. And didn't Wraith just get a Legendary skin in the Season 7 pass?
- @TheRealJayDee1 Yeah the skin is a bit of a joke lol. And I’m confused as the rest of y’all on the theme and general appearance. Was definitely expecting more Titanfall-Esque looking stuff. I’m not sure if I will be buying the pass immediately, gonna be a busy summer so I won’t get as much playtime, think I’ll wait and decide if I care about the items when I can see them a tiny bit better. I’m a bit sick of the same legends getting skins over and over...
Wraith skin is so mediocre (not even RARE quality), and to cover up, let put a mask on her face, well, it doesn't fit the theme as well.
Respawn must be assign new on job training guy/lady to do it, it's SO BAD ! ☹️
- @asukojo The Japanese theme was a wasted potential. The skins could’ve been better.
- @Cheese9Man Do you guys think this was some kind of attempt to hook into Asian and Pacific Islander month in the US or something like that? I think that's in May. I'm struggling to make sense of it. Seems so obvious to use a TitanFall theme here.
- @ArchAngeL-PCX Oh I didn't know there's something like that in the US. I'm half Filipino and Japanese (but mostly grew up in the PH) and I kinda appreciate that you guys have a heritage month like that especially what was happening a few months ago against asians.
As for the skins though, Japanese people could not care less if the skins are Japanese themed or not as long as they look good. @Cheese9ManYeah I don't know how long they've been doing it. I noticed it from an Asian streamer's title line last night. I'm having a hard enough time processing that it's May already. lol

- @asukojo lol that was a great commentary. His cracks at the weapon skins gave me a good laugh.
He did clear up the theme though. It's an all Japanese them, which I'm sure is due to Valkyrie being a Japanese character.
