@LaughingSharko First things first, I have no idea what video we are discussing as I didnt watch any. I was simply pointing out your comparison is flawed.
Maybe line of sight is a little too much but the things you mention are all projectile based, except for blood. Yes you can throw them at a rock and hope for the best but if the enemy has good cover or is in a building chances are you will not hit them. So you need some way to get the object shot or thrown at the enemy. Seer doesnt need any of it. You just aim hopefully, watch the indicator and release. To me it lacks skill.
