I think it will come down on Twitch. Either way, the game cannot ban us for talking to ourselves. And if it weren't for the streams, this wouldn't even be brought up.

I agree, as long as no one else is listening to you talking to yourself, I would guess. How a given streaming platform goes about suspension is spelled in that streaming platform ToS. But it is not an exclusive situation. There can be overlapping situations.
In the case of a stream, it is not only talking to oneself.
- 5 years ago@Vdstrk well then that's on the streamer. And in any case, that's still something he/she did outside the game, unless he/she used the mic or the in-game chat.
You have no idea how many times I had a mental breakdown over inept teammates. But I kept it all to myself. There's so much toxicity that goes unnoticed.- Vdstrk5 years agoSeasoned Ace

I would be surprised if a passing comment would cause any issues 🙂
I do not take it very personally when someone tells me that I'm not too good. Being that the truth or just a false statement.
Mostly I just move on to the next game.... eh, I know what you mean..... I blame MM for it!- 5 years ago@Vdstrk I think you need to look at what someone does or say within the game, either in chat or over the mic, and leave it at that.
Because frankly, you can stream anything on Twitch, not just Apex. So if a streamer trash talks other players without using the mic or the in-game chat, it should be on Twitch to take action, and the game certainly cannot detect that to warrant a ban.
- hayhor5 years agoHero@Vdstrk You keep asking if there is favoritism based on some people getting banned. Those people are doing stuff in game. If no one on stream is being banned then it isnt favoritism, it just means the situations are different.
Next we will be talking about how streamers get better loot.- 5 years ago
Speak of the devil, Shifv got 1 week banned on twitch because of his rage to cheater Tufi:

@hayhor
I am sure there is favoritism.
That aside. IF you play Apex, and you engage in hate speech against another Apex player you encountered IN GAME while streaming Apex, you SHOULD BE banned on the streaming platform AND in game.
My opinion.Hmm, that is quite an assumption. Why don;t we talk instead of how streamers know when a player they reported has been banned, while clearly ToS claims you have no rights to know if a player has been banned for "privacy"?
Just in case you ask, "name and shame" policy?
