I talked about level because experience and level can technically be used as a reward. My previous argument was:
If high ELO players are going to be stressed in pubs, they should be rewarded more for their efforts; a lot of us players are already capped at 500.

I watched a guy join the party with 4 different accounts last night because he didn't remember which one his gold rank smurf was on. This is out of control.
