I am trying to get a refund from EA for a skin that was bugged and unintended for release in this state.
I've gone through the refund chat and they've constantly told me they cannot refund for apex coins.. So I asked who or if there is another place that would.. (if not in the refund section)
And he tells me.. To go here and ask.. And that the CM might.
So I don't know what else to do but ask here. And how do I contact the CM? If he/she has a twitter or if there's a way to ask here?

- @blackicebally CMs on here cannot give refunds and have no control over things like that. Whoever told you that is mistaken. The Wattson skin refund had a different circumstance as it looked nothing like what people bought. Someone high up and not a CM here made the decision on that.
