f9kafi5fvnos First, you would need to contact EA Support to help secure your EA Account and to change the email address back to the one you have access to:
Second, you would want to also secure your email address, (as a code from your email address was required to change the EA Account's email in the first place).

and said it could only be linked to one account in a lifetime what do i do?
Third, you would need to contact EA Support again, (if you haven't addressed the issue already), and ask them if its possible to remove the lifetime link to the Steam Account that is owned by the hacker, so that you may link your Steam Account to your EA Account instead.
is this something i need to take up with steam support?
Lastly, the "you can only link one Steam Account in an EA Account's lifetime" error is a limit set by EA, (not by Steam), so sadly, Steam won't be able to help.
Furthermore, I also recommend setting up 2-Step Verification on all your platform accounts and email to help secure your accounts from being hacked again, (and be sure to use unique passwords as well, so if one account's password is ever compromised, all your other accounts won't be at an immediate risk).
