Steam Money Refund

@EpicSticks I have my steam in my mother tounge and It says that steam can't refund it but delevoper of the game can

This is more Steam issue. Steam would be "reseller" sitting in middle of transaction. You have to contact them.

But if the coins already applied then probably not possible. Try and raise ticket with them anyway.

If they given you a Apex code you have not redeemed and they still won't refund then that code can be resold at a lower cost on ebay or something.
