@EThought113213 Everyone has a different strategies. I'm some place in the middle of being aggressive and wanting to avoid conflict. It also sort of depends on my mood and how I'm playing.
I play this with numerous people. They all have different styles of play and different strategies. Some of them like to hot drop every round and be extremely aggressive.
Some of them like to drop on the far side of the map and avoid conflicts.
That said the object of the game is to survive and loot. If you want to be aggressive look for other players who like to play aggressively. I know on Xbox you can create looking for groups and find other like minded players no problem.

On a side note, ive dropped a player running purple armour and an eva whilst i was running white and a p20.
The loot only goes so far to bridge the skill gap. If you know you've got inferior gear you have to outplay your enemy more tactically.
- @MandatoryIDtag I've had this go both ways for me. I have been the player with the better shield and better gun. I end up getting dropped. Sometimes it's because the player is better, sometimes it's because of packet loss and/or the hits are not registering for me. Maybe a bit of lag who knows.
It's typically fairly obvious when they are just a better player.. They are bouncing off the walls dodging my shots.. I'm stumbling around like i just woke up and don't have a clue what's going on.@DarthValtrex i hear you man i suffer the same net issues at times and it can be pretty infuriating lol, as a FPS player i'm probably only slightly above average in terms of raw combat skill, currently only sat on a k/d of like 1.30 for the season, but i get my kills and wins just by applying my brain....this is where a lot of players go wrong, charging around thinking they're shroud when they really aint, and subsequently blaming the game when they die. 😛
- @MandatoryIDtag I do think there are people who exploit lag to win. I had a guy tonight, I had an Eva 8 and blue shields.. He had an alternator or white shields. We were in the stairs of one of those 2 story blue huts. I was at the bottom and he was towards the top. The hip fire cross hairs basically took up more than half of the stair way so even if I was a little to the right or a little to left he should have been getting hit. It was not registering and I ended up as the dead player...
But the most common that I run into are the players who one or two shot you.. You then look at the death recap and it says 5-7 or even 8 shots.. Yeah I only heard one or two and only had time to react to 1 or two. I'm noticing that the nights when that is happening frequently are the nights when my numbers are horrible. every other night I'm putting up average numbers and getting a few kills.
I know for a fact that they are not being honest with the packet loss estimates. When I look at the server list.. It shows all but 1 of the servers as having 0 packet loss.. Really? I'm fairly confident those servers with 150+ ping have packet loss going on.
