I'm enjoying some aspects of it, other aspects not so much. The buildings are absolutely obnoxious and a headache to traverse through.You can't have buildings that are time consuming to clear in this type of game. Your time to loot them is limited. I'll see if it improves at all as I continue to play and learn the map. But it's not looking good, a lot of these buildings do not flow, you can't run through them with out having to back track. Back tracking takes up time and time is precious in this game.
This map is definitely going to be a sniper heaven. In all honesty that's the last thing we need, there are a host of snipe heavy games on the market already. So if this turns into even more of a sniping game my play time will decline even more than it already has. I'll just go back to BFV when I'm in the mood for FPS.

Why? you should try PUBG. In the game, there are 5 storey building, each floor has about 5-7 small rooms to clear.
The thing is, you dont have to clear every single building you pass by. It's not the main objective of BR game.
Loot whatever you can find, and fight with anything you have on hand.
Yea, BFV is a simpler game. It offers instant chaotic fights as soon as you get into the game. EA pack as many actions as it could into the game.
And the winning is ... bland. it does not give a special feeling like Apex does.
- @d3adc3II I can understand your point, but if you need heals, if you need amo or even a gun finding one can be a hassle. I had a squad mate ping blue armor in one of those multi level buildings that you have to use the zip line to go up in.. It was a bit of a challenge to get too, we'll see if it continues to be a pain or if its something I can get a skill for. That's really my only complaint so far.
I'm not against the map yet, but I'm not sure I like it. We'll see how it goes over time. Ironically my first round on the new map was with the new gun and I posted my best numbers ever. First time I got and maintained kill leader, first time I got squad wipes and helped carry the team to a W.
It's going to be really dependent on how sniper heavy the game gets. But I do see some great potential in it overall. I like the multi-levelness of it in regards to the bridges and various things like that.
What I will say, most of the people complaining probably don't like the new map because they don't know where to drop or where to loot yet.
I have played PUBG and I'm not a huge fan of the controls in that game.
