I think it does some funny stuff in the background as 255 are the max values for RGB.
Must give some errors if they changed it.
@fartnitepalyerConsole players did not have the option. Only PC players. If they were not a clear advantage why is it a big deal they were removed?
Personally I'd like the option for all but my guess is other bad stuff was happening that didn't allow it.

As I already said 5 times, going for 512 instead of 255 does nothing except add more brightness to the reticle, it makes it stand out more. Thats all there is to it.
maybe don't talk in forums if your opinion is based entirely on speculation.

ok who cares, not everything has to be about consoles. controller players on PC still had access to this feature and noone EVER complained about this.
in exchange PC players dont have access to 60% aim assist and you dont seem to be complaining about that???
I have nothing left to say to you if you think a slightly more glowing reticle or one with wierd inverted colors is a "cLeAr aDvAnTaGe" that needs to be removed (It's not)
However I am not suggesting to bring back insane glowy reticles or wierd inverted black ones.
All I am suggesting is a little more freedom in user settings and you come in here and speculate or bring up "muh consoles".

Read the answer again and check up what that means before you say anything.... And yes I probably played a few thousand hours more then you....
