Adding more visual clutter doesn't help either.
First the damage numbers are the color of the shield, two - the shield makes a specific sound when cracked. And three - once cracked everyone should know by now there is 100 health left, which depletes within milliseconds. If ppl cant figure out where someone's health is after the shield is crack and they have done damage... I don't know what I can say at that point.
There is even an option in the settings menu to choose your counter type for damage, stacking et cetera.
The health bars added and battle sense makes no sense for this game, especially being 5 years old. If these two aspects were even a remotely decent idea... they would have been implemented years ago.
Me personally the health bar is meh. I can disable it thank god, which I do.
The battle sense is a step backwards.
My point exactly I’m gonna try it off today see if it’s better I just know the only reason they did it is for casuals who play for a hour don’t spend money they just want there numbers up at least take it out in Ranked would be a good compromise. And the guy who commented below on the new mode, I agree with him it’s not battle Royale. It’s ridiculous people just spawn back in and spawn back in and either you keep killing them or eventually they get lucky and you die or you get fourth third sixth partied it in call of duty It was good because there was no abilities to escape or hide invisible
