If it was solely and specifucally marketed towards new players alone then why didnt they just make the package with jus the unlockable legends alone and have the new exclusives as a separate package?

@SHIZNICKMASTA Being a casual player doesn't make you a scrub lol. Some people have outside responsibilities limiting the amount of play time they can actually put into the game lol.
As pointed out above the pack is actually quite good value for money if you're willing to spend that much regardless of what level you are.
