So I've been watching a few youtubers/streamers that play ranked apex and honestly the difference in playstyle is astonishing. I see them play and before even round 1 ring closes half the team is usually already gone and when I play on my server it takes round 3-5 to even go down below 11 teams.

Wait what....I thought 10 teams by the end of round 1 was the normal?Literally every match for me.

@Koochi-Q Yeaah I rarely see past round 3 one or another on KC. WE though theres's usually around 7 teams still kicking around during round 4.@Daze623 That sounds horrendously dull, I don't envy you lol.The weird thing I've noticed is that matches flow fairly differently if you play on data centres in different continents. I tried NY data centre and that was pretty quiet through rounds 1-2 and went crazy from 3 onwards.Tried a couple of the Asian ones and got melted by teams of snipers.EU seems to be a mix of either super campy or insanely aggressive players mixed into one.

@Daze623 Legend movement is what I notice most with top tier players. But yeah, I've been in those lobbies by Ring 2 there are less than 10 squads left and by ring 3 it's already at top 5. It's fun if you're doing all the killing.

@DarthValtrex I find those games more fun than the usual 11+ team by round 3. If you're unlucky enough that the ring didn't popup at your place goodluck cause every entrance now has a team guarding it. The only good thing is that there's not that many team that 3rd party.

The difference is really surprising

@MandatoryIDtag Same here. If on KC usually in my matches by end of first storm it’s between 5-10. By end of second storm 5-7. Third storm inclosing is usually a winner or 3 squads left and by end of third storm almost always a winner.

If thats not the case, it’s a very slow match for lobbies I’m in. WE is ridiculously slow most times. Wins taking anywhere from 17-22 mins... yawn tempo...

To be honest, that is totally depending on the situation.
Where the server is, what time that is and what console you are playing.
Don't get me wrong, but from my experience, there is a clear trend.
Sometimes it feels like I am playing another game title.
I needed to adopt that. 🤔

@Daze623 What level of ranked? Some YTs I've seen went all the way back to bronze as they hadnt played ranked or used a second account. In those cases up through gold, yes the predator will destroy the lobby quickly. I've seen examples where they do it on higher levels too. One other thing to remember, YTs many times only show one match. They try for crazy ones and get one to show.

@hayhor Platinum rank. And yeah I know that they can just show one match but it's still impressive cause in my games the lowest team left by round 1(as far as I can remember) is 10 teams.

@Sati_Sati I usually play on tokyo server and everyone is just too afraid to commit unless they absolutely have to. The game usually consist of people poking each other with wingmans and sniper rifles.
