@BigMacAttack8u buff and nerf would vary from legend to legend, but imo all the movement based legends are more likely to be swapped around before Caustic, Also think Mirage will end up as a support.
I really do not see caustic being reclassed but rather him being reassessed and maybe some small buffs.
His passive really needs some love and the cooldown on his ultimate could be made shorter his tac should do more damage.
Just my thoughts.
Love the information Josh gave without giving any information. What was the point of that comment....vague is an understatement.
