The squad

The moment when you find a random squad that actually works is indescribable. Your so synced up that your able to read each others thoughts and perform beyond your normal parameters.

I was fortunate enough to experience that just a few minutes ago.

Qued up for a ranked match, I chose horizon and was paired with a Gibraltar and lifeline. I got jump master and landed at uncontested elysium. Everyone loots up and we drive to hydroponics (the whirlygig towers) and go for a third party and sweep up nice and cleanly. the 100% accuracy of horizon on her grav lift is insane. A new team takes high ground and we get out of there, swing around near sniper headquarters as I call it where things get crazy.

We try pushing a team that's pinned at the little gazebo hall next to the hole. They go down and with the cover of the trees we and another team poke at another who have take the phase funner. We try pushing up since we dont have range but it ends badly. Gibraltar needs light ammo I share since I have loads. But they push after a bang strike and I go down. Gibraltar uses his ult and lifeline rezes. We take the gazebo again but get pushed out by the ring. First squad hugs behind a rock and Gibraltar says theyll be a problem at the very second I throw my singularity. He's like "yes! Push that" and they go down fast. I drop a load of shields as Gibraltar says he's out. The last team pushes with a rev ult but it didnt matter as after they get back to the totem I drop both of them winning us the match and securing myself a well awaited 173 rp.

After so many frustrating teammates this was needed. And it reminded me I need to make more friends in this game cause the communication was so good. But that would imply I have some semblance of social skills lol.
