Tier demotion protection
Can we get demotion from the 4th tier in ranked leagues? demotion from diamond 4 to platinum 1 and so on ? Rewards should be given to the highest rank you've reached regardless of what rank you finish with but not having demotion from 4th ranks creates a fake skill ceiling which unfortunatelly can be reached by very new players from bronze to platinum just by camping if they so wish.
Some type of demotion from 4th ranks can help a lot , and can revert the diamond 4 to plat lobbies change and just keep every league on its own unless there are not enough players in it.
People set goals when they start playing ranked, and most of them are just hoping to get the higher they can go , but they don't care about improvement after hitting platinum 4 so they just act like in pubs where there's nothing to lose and destroy the experience of solo que'rs like myself , not everyone has friends on speed dial to get to masters... i believe that most players solo que , if the tier demotion protection would be removed then the further you go in a rank you will find people that would also try to climb higher so thus creating skill based matchmaking properly ... let's say you leave the tier demotion protection for gold and silver but for plat dia and masters it should be removed and create a new ranked experience right there.
Am I crazy here?
