Sorry to hear about that. Yes there are sometimes a lot of Toxic players.
I just tune them out as they are not worth it, you can mute them and then you do not have to listen to them. Use that report button especially if they are sending in chat text and that usually fixes them.
I play with 2 friends for a long session once a week and I do not have to deal with the toxic's. The other 80% of my game time I play solo Q and only about 5% of that time I run into toxic teammates and follow the advice I provided above.
Whatever you do do not stoop to there level and be Toxic back at them via Text or over the Mic. Toxic text is easily reported in game and if they send in a video report it will have the voice chat so beware.
I hope that you get better teammates or at least less toxic ones in the near future.
