Yes, create twitch account, link your amazon prime and EA account to it.
Tricky part is if you've multiple PS/Xbox accounts, you must figure out the EA account that link to PS/Xbox account you're playing Apex.
Then you link that EA account to twitch account.
Summary:
Twitch account -> Amazon Prime
-> EA Account -> PS4/Xbox/Origin Apex account
(You can claim only on 1 platform, the 1st one you open).

It's really easy to link them. Almost a must have is you already have Prime.
