@hayhor It would make far more sense for them to have an actual defensive class passive.
Survey beacons are directly tied to recons and it makes sense. Anyone who isn't a recon legend shouldn't have access to them in my opinion.
I don't really understand why this has been done for recons but no other class to be honest.

Bottom line, no fuse shouldn't be able to use survey beacons. Yes he should be given something to make him a little more of a team asset.
