Don't believe in miracles and bs youtube and other media is selling you - if the game has an aim to introduce a recoil even if it is not completely random there just can't be cases where people execute recoil control to perfection. We are just not built like that to a) memorize numerous recoil patterns b) react under 10ms (or whatever each gun is firing a bullet) to counter the recoil
No cursor movement = no-recoil macro. End of story.
Try it yourself - if you don't believe in something, just go and try it yourself (as long as that thing is not life-threatening 🙂 ). You will get answers to your questions/doubts 100% of the time, just a matter of trying and analyzing results.
Why there is such issue - I have two opinions here:
1) Respawn just sucks by not banning those pixel-perfect hackers...probably because they would be forced to ban the whole "streamer / pro" community, as they clearly use it, haven't see a streamer that is not on no-recoil
2) "human like" no recoil is probably impossible to detect. E.g. there are people who use not pixel-perfect macro but quite close to it and there you can only guess - whether a person really is "jittering" or doing some other type of move on a regular basis that cancels recoil or they just use a macro. Sure you might see the repetitive pattern if you would analyze their mouse inputs...but probably not always as playing on high DPI, not 100% clean/smooth mousepads, etc. introduce randomness as well = this type of reoil hack is in my opinion just impossible to detect.
To sum up - banning people who are pixel-perfect be it skill (LOL yeah right, even if so they are just then too good for this game anyways) or macro would be a great improvement and I would assume not too hard to detect = just compare Y axis data over multiple frames and bang if they are constant over X shots = automatic ban.
The rest = imperfect recoil hacks will stay as long as Respawn does not introduce completely random recoil that can't be cancelled (e.g. a rule to detect cursor position now = move it X pixels upon next shot no matter what) which will just not allow people to laser you from mid/mid-long distance or if they do that would be 100% obvious.
